李建戌,2005年畢業于山東師範大(dà)學,獲得(de)理(lǐ)學學士學位;2012年畢業于中國科學院上海生命科學研究院植物(wù)生理(lǐ)生态研究所,獲得(de)理(lǐ)學博士學位。2012年到2015年,先後于美(měi)國加州大(dà)學伯克利分(fēn)校和(hé)中國科學院植物(wù)生理(lǐ)生态研究所進行博士後研究。2015年11月(yuè)到2023年3月(yuè)在中國科學院分(fēn)子植物(wù)科學卓越創新中心/植物(wù)生理(lǐ)生态研究所曆任助理(lǐ)研究員(yuán)、副研究員(yuán)。于2023年4月(yuè)加入中國科學院分(fēn)子植物(wù)科學卓越創新中心辰山科研中心,擔任代謝調控結構生物(wù)學組青年課題組長(cháng)。曾獲賽諾菲-中國科學院上海生命科學研究院優秀青年人(rén)才獎,入選中國科學院青年創新促進會會員(yuán)及中國科學院特聘骨幹,主持中國博士後基金面上一等資助、國家自然科學基金的(de)青年基金和(hé)面上項目、上海市綠化(huà)和(hé)市容管理(lǐ)局科學技術項目等。研究方向爲植物(wù)天然産物(wù)代謝與結構生物(wù)學,聚焦植物(wù)代謝物(wù)的(de)合成及調控過程,研究關鍵酶的(de)催化(huà)和(hé)分(fēn)子調控機制,在Cell Research、PNAS、Progress in Lipid Research、Biochemical Journal、Plant Communications、Journal of Integrative Plant Biology和(hé)Frontiers in Plant Science等國際知名期刊發表論文25篇,申請及授權專利3項。
研究領域
利用(yòng)蛋白晶體學、冷(lěng)凍電鏡技術、生物(wù)化(huà)學以及植物(wù)遺傳及生理(lǐ)學等技術方法,從事植物(wù)重要代謝物(wù)(萜類、黃(huáng)酮類化(huà)合物(wù)等)生物(wù)合成途徑中關鍵酶和(hé)調控因子及其複合體的(de)組裝、催化(huà)和(hé)調控機制研究,進而進行酶工程改造及合成生物(wù)學應用(yòng)。
