楊俊,男(nán),博士,洪堡學者,研究員(yuán)。長(cháng)期從事甘薯遺傳轉化(huà)、基因組研究分(fēn)析工作,聚焦于解析甘薯塊根膨大(dà)機制、六倍體甘薯基因組組成和(hé)起源等,主要研究成果發表在Nature Plants,Molecular Plant,Nature Communications,Plant Science等國際著名學術期刊上,并應Frontiers in Plant Science雜(zá)志邀請作爲客座副主編組織Genetics and Genomics of Polyploid Plants研究專題。楊俊帶領團隊在甘薯遺傳學領域做(zuò)出的(de)開創性工作極大(dà)地推動了(le)我國甘薯主産區(qū)的(de)産業良性高(gāo)速發展,獲得(de)了(le)各級各部門獎勵十餘項,其中包括泰安市科學技術進步一等獎(2012)、山東省農業科學院科技開發成果獎(2013)、山東省科學技術進步三等獎(2019)和(hé)上海市青年拔尖人(rén)才(2020)等。

王紅霞,博士,副研究員(yuán),2007年河(hé)南(nán)大(dà)學碩士畢業,導師宋純鵬教授。2014年獲得(de)中科院大(dà)學博士學位。先後獲得(de)中科院和(hé)國家基金委項目支持去英國John Innes Centre 和(hé)美(měi)國肯塔基大(dà)學訪學。主持國家自然科學基金青年項目、面上項目及重點研發專項等項目。主要開展甘薯次生代謝物(wù)如花青素的(de)功能及修飾、白藜蘆醇等研究,并延伸到甘薯儲藏根發育、澱粉合成等研究,建立次生代謝物(wù)與儲藏根發育的(de)聯系。首次在甘薯中運用(yòng)基因編輯技術改良了(le)澱粉的(de)品質,從而加速了(le)甘薯的(de)定向育種。科研成果發表在Journal of Experimental Botany, Horticulture Research等雜(zá)志。獲得(de)泰安市科技進步二等獎,授權發明(míng)專利2項。
> 研究領域
旋花科進化(huà)研究組重點關注旋花科植物(wù)間的(de)進化(huà)關系,采用(yòng)比較基因組學爲主,代謝組學爲輔的(de)研究手段。目前主要研究内容爲:I. trifida,I. triloba,I. batatas和(hé)I. nil基因組的(de)深度注釋;菟絲子和(hé)牽牛花的(de)比較基因組學研究和(hé)次生代謝産物(wù)分(fēn)析。
