植物(wù)抗逆與分(fēn)子進化(huà)研究組 (草(cǎo)種種質資源創新組)

> 研究領域

  研究組主要從事MAPK信号轉導與冷(lěng)季型草(cǎo)坪草(cǎo)多(duō)重抗逆尤其是耐熱(rè)性研究。冷(lěng)季型草(cǎo)坪草(cǎo)是一種非常優秀的(de)園藝地被作物(wù),是城(chéng)市園林(lín)綠化(huà)不可(kě)缺少的(de)材料。冷(lěng)季型草(cǎo)坪草(cǎo)多(duō)重抗逆性尤其是耐熱(rè)性對(duì)其夏天越夏能力及保持一年四季常綠非常重要。研究目标是培育華東地區(qū)一年四季常綠的(de)冷(lěng)季型草(cǎo)坪草(cǎo)新品種。

> 目前主要研究内容

主要研究内容包括以下(xià)三個(gè)方面:1)建立了(le)以MAPK信号轉導爲基礎的(de)從禾本科抗逆植物(wù)資源到多(duō)重抗逆基因資源的(de)單細胞篩選系統;2)通(tōng)過單細胞篩選系統等,初步建立了(le)MAPK信号轉導多(duō)重抗逆基因作用(yòng)網絡并對(duì)其基因家族進行分(fēn)子進化(huà)分(fēn)析。3)建立了(le)冷(lěng)季型草(cǎo)坪草(cǎo)多(duō)重抗逆及獲得(de)性耐熱(rè)性遺傳及表觀遺傳研究體系。下(xià)一步工作拟開展MAPK信号轉導在冷(lěng)季型草(cǎo)坪草(cǎo)多(duō)重抗逆及獲得(de)性耐熱(rè)性中的(de)作用(yòng)。

  儲昭慶,博士,研究員(yuán)。1995年畢業于安徽師範大(dà)學生物(wù)系,同年考入華東師範大(dà)學生物(wù)系并聯合培養于中國科學院上海植物(wù)生理(lǐ)生态研究所植物(wù)分(fēn)子遺傳國家重點試驗室,1998年繼續于植物(wù)分(fēn)子遺傳國家重點試驗室攻讀博士學位,于2001年獲得(de)博士學位。2001年加入新加坡分(fēn)子農業研究院/淡馬錫生命科學研究院從事植物(wù)發育和(hé)抗逆的(de)博士後研究工作。2004年加入新加坡基因組研究所從事逆境條件下(xià)系統生物(wù)學及比較功能基因組學研究。2009年加入新加坡國立大(dà)學生物(wù)化(huà)學系,主要從事逆境條件下(xià)的(de)表觀遺傳學研究。2011年加入上海辰山植物園(中科院上海辰山植物(wù)科學研究中心),任植物(wù)抗逆與分(fēn)子進化(huà)研究組組長(cháng)。 

  迄今已發表論文30餘篇,其中主要論文發表在的(de)DNA research,BMC Genomics, Mol Genet Genomics, Plant Physiology, Molecular Biology of the Cell, Molecular and Cellular Biology,Nature等著名雜(zá)志上。申請發明(míng)專利兩項,其中一項獲得(de)“上海市優秀發明(míng)選拔賽職工技術創新銀獎”。獲留學回國人(rén)員(yuán)基金和(hé)中國科學院科發委基金項目資助。
